    Lucy grew up in Greenwich, CT where she took her first yoga class back in 2000. She went to teacher training in Los Angeles, CA in the Spring of 2003. Since then, Lucy has taught classes across the nation and internationally. She teaches yoga in both English and Japanese. Saya is also certified in prenatal yoga and is a trained doula.

    A friend introduced Teresa to Yoga, Emma happened to be her first teacher and she became hooked on this incredible practice. She attended Teacher Training in Acapulco in Fall 2010. When she is not working, teaching or practicing she pursues her other passion, jewelry design. She feels blessed to have such an awesome family and amazing friends including her extended family of teachers and students.

    Zoey started practicing Bikram yoga in 1999 at a studio in SF, CA Global Yoga. She attended training in the Fall of 2001 and returned to San Francisco to teach. She began teaching in NYC in May of 2003. She has a Masters in Social Work and a Masters in Science/Nursing.

    Sophia passion for Yoga began like most teachers as a devotee. After years of developing her practice in NYC, she completed teacher training in the Spring of 2008. She spent her first years teaching at yoga studios in Phuket, Thailand and also several Atlanta area studios.

    Ava grew up outside of Boston and moved to New York City for college in 1995. She has made her home in Brooklyn for the past ten years, and the Flatbush Bikram studio her second home since 2006. She took her first yoga class in May 2005 and fell in love immediately with this practice that strengthens mind, body and spirit (with a built-in facial).

    Born and raised in Milan, Italy, Amelia moved to New York at the age of 20. She grew up dancing starting at a very young age and she pursued dance professionally in her early 20’s. She was introduced to Yoga in 2007 and fell in love with it right away. She became a yoga certificated instructor in 2012. She enjoys teaching and loves the amazing yoga community :)!

    Liam took his first Yoga class on New Years Day, 2009. At the time, he was recovering from an injury that kept him from his job, unloading trucks overnight. He became instantly hooked, graduated teacher training in fall 2010, and has not unloaded a truck since. Practicing yoga has made him feel at home in his body, which is an experience he strives to bring to others.
